Where do you teas come from?

Our ingredients are sourced from multiple places around the world. We work closely with our tea sommelier to make sure our teas are supporting—wherever possible—family run tea farms and artisan tea makers. We love quality tea and we strive to support those with the same passion.

 

What are your tea sachets made of?

We try our best to take care of Mother Earth wherever possible so all our tea sachets are made of bio-degradable fibres.

 

What is the shelf life of your teas?

All our teas are labelled with 'Best Before' dates. We do not encourage consumption of our teas beyond the listed 'Best Before' date on the back of each tin.

 

Are your teas suitable for pregnant mummies and children?

We would recommend our non-caffeinated teas to all pregnant mummies and children. We want you to enjoy a happy and healthy body as much as we we'd love for you to have a taste of our yummy custom blend teas. Please do check with healthcare professionals on dietary concerns before consumption of any of our teas.

 

Are your teas halal?

All establishments handling our teas have no pork and lard.

              Where can I purchase your teas?

              Our teas are currently on sale here at our website! Our teas will also be stocked at The Moon Singapore, at 37 Mosque Street starting from November 1st 2021.

               

              Are your products available for wholesale?

              We are so happy that you love our teas. Please email us at glow@lunarleaves.co for all enquiries on wholesale orders and we'll respond to you as soon as we can.

               

              Where do you ship to?

              We ship from Singapore and currently shipping is available all across South East Asia. If you're browsing from a country that we don't currently ship to, please write to us at sales@lunarleaves.co and we'll try our best to make it happen.

               

              How long will it take for my items to be dispatched?

              All pre-orders will be dispatched latest by November 2021. All orders placed after 1st November 2021, will be dispatched within 2 working days upon order confirmation.

               

              How long will shipping take?

              All local deliveries in Singapore will reach your mailing addresses within 3-5 working days from the date it has been dispatched.
              If you're based in Singapore you can opt for self-collection from The Moon Singapore37 Mosque Street.

               

              Can I opt for self-collection?

              Yes of course! Thank you for reducing carbon footprint by opting to self-collect. Self-collection is available one working day upon checkout at The Moon Singapore37 Mosque Street.

               

              How can I add on another set of tea after my order has been confirmed?

              If you would like another set of tea to be added into my original order, kindly send a copy of your request within 2 hours of making your order to sales@lunarleaves.co with a copy of your digital receipt. We'll respond to you as soon as we can!

               

              How can I cancel an order?

              Due to hygiene purposes, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this point in time and all purchases are final.

               

              How can I change my delivery address?

              We hate typing errors and we want your teas to be sent to the right address too! Kindly send a copy of your request within 2 hours of making your order to sales@lunarleaves.co with a copy of your digital receipt and change in delivery address.

               

              How can I change my order?

For any changes in orders that have been placed, kindly send a copy of your request within 2 hours of making your order to sales@lunarleaves.co with a copy of your digital receipt.               How can I make an exchange or refund?
