Midnight Drift Meditation

Behold your perfect wind down into slumber!

Hold the cup of steaming tea with both hands. Close your eyes and feel its temperature. As you breathe, allow the comforting sensation to spread around your whole body. Breathe deeply three times.

Bring the cup to your nose, and let the steam touch your nostrils. Notice what you feel on your face. Connect with the different textures of aroma as they touch your nose palette. What feels most pleasurable to you in this moment?

Breathe into the felt sensation of pleasure. Slow down your breaths. Allow this sacred essence of pleasure to spread around your entire body.

As you take your time to savour each sip, feel all tension ease off as you fully allow your body to drift into a state of bliss. Every sip allows you to feel clearer and lighter, each breath deeper and longer. Immerse in this restful rhythm of smooth, mellow sweetness. Your slumber awaits you.
